Can’t log in. Says the email for resetting password sent but it never arrives. I checked the spam folder too. Can’t open a new account because the email has been already used (of course) for opening the account I cannot log into. 
Totally useless.

The app always force closes and I can’t even start my treadmill. Im not sure why there hasn’t been updates in years but this is ridiculous

This app definitely needs some help every time I try to scan my treadmill. It kicks me out of the app. I lost my remote, so therefore, I can’t even turn my treadmill on without the app. Doesn’t track anything whether I’m scanning or trying to load something else. It just does not keep me in the app. It consistently kicks me out.

Has anyone had any luck syncing the treadmill to the app? I lost my treadmill remote and it’s advertised the app can control it but no luck.

I’ve been using this app for a year and a half and all of a sudden I can’t turn on my treadmill. The app loaded to a blank screen, so I deleted it and now it says null when I try to log in. 


My treadmill works perfectly fine, but I’m unable to use it because of this app not working.

I used the walking pad for months but now the app is broken. Logged out and it won’t let me back in. Tried creating a new account with a BRAND NEW EMAIL. But says the email already has an account. The developers should be ashamed.
