Says the email for resetting password sent but it never arrives. I checked the spam folder too. Can’t open a new account because the email has been already used (of course) for opening the account I cannot log into. There should be an option for Americans to be able to put their average weight and height. The max height was about 3 feet which is nobodys height in this world unless you have a disability. 2. The treadmill is good, but you dont need this app. The remote has its functions, and you would be better off using another tracking app for running and walking. 3. Translations are wrong. I sure hope nobody is comitting to the 100 rape challenge, because it has rhat as an option for activies lol ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — Verbindung mit Laufband klappt (tricky) *2025-07-18, version 1.1.75* Man muss das Laufband suchen und wissen wie es heißt (es werden Unmengen an Bluetooth Geräten angezeigt, ich glaube, alle bisher jemals verbundenen Geräte). Wenn man es dann verbunden hat, funktioniert es. Was aber nicht funktioniert, ist die Verbindung mit der Health App. ### 3/5 — Needs Conversion Option *2024-04-04, version 1.1.58* I am using the app for my walking pad as well. It’s not bad, but does need the option to use US customary units instead of the metric system, to make it user friendly for the US population. ### 3/5 — Frequent crashes *2023-01-16, version 1.0.15* Ap is very good when it is working but about 60% of the time it crashes as soon as it connects to the treadmill & can require 5or 6 attempts & even a reboot of iPhone to finally connect have tried it on an iPhone 7 & 12proplus. The app loaded to a blank screen, so I deleted it and now it says null when I try to log in. Man bekommt am Anfang eine Liste mit Laufband-Modellen, auf dem Laufband oder in der Anleitung existiert so eine Nummer nicht, also raten. 2. Die App hält das Smartphone nicht im laufenden Zustant, nach einer Zeit geht da Smartphone in den Standby obwohl das Training läuft. 3. Die Saugknöpfe am Handyhalter sind bei den neuen Apple Hüllen unnütz, da Fabrik. 4. Die app Koppelt zwar mit Apple Health, die Schritte hat die App beim ersten nutzen in die Health App übertragen, beim 2. mal hat sie es nicht gemacht. Unzuverlässig. QS ist in China halt ein Fremdwort, das wird sich wohl nie ändern. Ich erwäge die App gegen eine normale Wanduhr auszutauschen. Die Geschwindigkeit kann ich am Laufband einstellen und die App kann eigentlich nichts anderes als das. ### 2/5 — Not good *2024-11-27, version 1.1.75* Nothing works right, if two people are on the same app scanning the same treadmill, one of the two are getting kicked out of it. Doesn’t find the actual treadmill, can’t control it from it.
