Workout with equipment you have, any time and anywhere you want.
Everyone is different, so why would you want to do someone else’s workout?

With diet consultant you get fixed plan, but with FitIt you can change meals and ingredients in a matter of two clicks. Don’t worry about carbs and fats, we’ve got you covered.

FitIt doesn’t give you pre-made plans, You can also change every exercise in workout plan and calculate proper weight for every weighted exercise. You can create plan wherever you are, with equipment you have available or with no equipment at all!
