I think this app works well. I like the way information is presented. I use it to track cycling, hiking and just walking the dog. I don’t understand why there are multiple apps that do the same thing. Why is there a running app and cycling app for example. This isn’t the only exercise tracking suite that has multiple interchangeable apps. I like this suite better than the other ones I’ve used. It’s easier to connect the heart rate monitor and works well with the Apple Watch.

I use Fitiv to track every run and every workout. I love the easy to read real time and post workout heart rate charts. Using with the watch makes it even more seamless.

Application worked well for several years tracking my workouts.  Has had several problems recently which make it less useable.  Haven’t found any technical support yet.

It has a lot of useful functions which I enjoy. Especially I like using it on iWatch. However, last big update went to buggy behavior on them. It could power off my watch during the long workout or it could not counting intervals. It’s annoying that the app got unstable

I’ve been using FITIV (nee MotiFit) for three years. In that time it morphed from a simple and initially a bit shaky fitness tracker to a vastly larger and more complex app that addresses numerous needs, except for those who miss the simple, no-nonsense app it once was. Sadly, this is a sign of the time with apps. Developers do not leave a good thing alone or spin it off as a separate app; instead more complexity is added that makes apps sluggish and forces users to relearn while old concerns remain unaddressed.

2022/06/24: Another major update. Sigh. Developer certainly gets an A+++ for effort, but also a C- for totally missing the needs of many hardcore users (I’ve used FITIV since its very beginning seven years ago). For us, workouts are not a social game to be shared with the world and posted on social media. It’s not about points and trophies and cute icons. It’s just the facts, the basics, as simple as possible. Changing and overloading the interface is deadly for us. So now I have to relearn the app and put up with more stuff I neither want nor need. Please show more consideration for people who just want a workout tool and not a social game and club.

Does all that it says really well for different types of runs and heart rate based training. 

Really nice app if you like running. 

Only think I’d change is if you can set distance or desired time you want to go out for.

The key feature for me is the customizable voice feedback feature and sharing with Strava. The custom change in priority for data on the Apple Watch screen is essential. This app solved my quest for a Heads Up Display for feedback. I can easily specify certain data to be audibly spoken to me at any interval down to a minute or qtr mile. This is perfect, no need for a visual HUD! The ability to custom record and prioritize any type of athletic event is incredible. Lastly I’m a visual designer and this is the best interface aI’ve seen to date. Just happens to be the one with the best features too. Well worth my money, for something I use nearly every day. Only request is to add a toggle to turn off the repeat identifier when listening to a single metric, i.e., “heart rate .. 143” etc. better to hear just the number “143”

Trotz Abo läuft die App nicht mehr.  Angeblich Abo angelaufen. Beim wiederherstellen heisst es das ich kein Internet hätte.  Obwohl die App erkennt wie lange mein Abo noch läuft.  Nutzen kann ich diese App trotzdem nicht mehr. Das ist Schade denn Fitiv Puls hat immer noch eine Tracker Fehler und legt ordentlich was auf die echte Lauf Strecke drauf.  Da alle wichtigen Werte von der länge der Laufstrecke abhängt sind diese Berechnungen alle Fehlerhaft.  Zum Glück habe ich mich nur auf Monatliche Verlängerungen eingelassen.  Wenn diese beiden Apps nicht nachgearbeitet werden machen sie beide kein Sinn. Nachtrag, diese App bleibt gekündigt, hälfte der Bezahlten Zeit läuft diese App nicht. Weil ich angeblich kein Internet hätte.  Also verschenken muss ich mein Geld auch nicht.

Superbe application utilisée 7 jours… et oui 7 jours car l’arnaque veut que au bout de 7 jours l’app est inutilisable, donc payer un abonnement et ça ce n’était pas expliquer dans la chanson. Installé, désinstaller au bout de 7 jours

This app was at one point probably the best around. Working perfectly on Apple Watch and iPhone. But I’m the past year it has gone to crap! Support only replies to say they are on it. But they never fix the issues. On Apple Watch the voice feed back stays on loop. It won’t stop repeating the same thing continuously. And even when I stop to reset the app it will still do it. When the app is malfunctioning it drains Apple Watch in less than 1 hr. For something that I’m paying for this is very ridiculous. I wish they had left the app alone. At the beginning there were no issues always worked flawlessly. No, you can count on it screwing up on the workout.

I have tried numerous times to get fitiv to work on apple watch.  It simply wont install.  I have also tried fitiv run but it keeps saying I need to upgrade.

Even after laying foe the subscription FITIV run will not unlock pro features a d says I don’t have internet connection.  Connection is fine except for this app having issues - all other apps / internet works.

I don’t have a phd in computer science and thus was totally unable to use this. So complicated. I signed up for the trial and was baffled by the ugly, busy display. After 20 minutes digging through FAQs to try to understand how it worked, I gave up. Those smarter than me may enjoy this.

I went through the trial and enjoyed the app. Instantly upgraded, was charged, but app won’t recognize it. When I hit restore it tells me I am not connected to the internet. 

I did delete and reinstall to no avail. 

Waste of $30.

I have problems with restoring my purchase of my FITIV membership. Everytime I tap restore purchases. I get an error message saying “FITIV is unable to access your App Store purchases.”

Possibilité de travailler à partir de sa zone de fréquence cardiaque modifiable tous les jours si besoin et facilement. 
Appli très fonctionnelle avec l’Apple Watch. Un grand bond en avant par rapport à ses débuts. A ce jour ou d’après ce que j’ai compris, les zones de travail s’affichent par couleur et non en pourcentage. Pour l’instant, je décrit mes séances par « milieu zone verte » par exemple. 
Je suis sûr que de belles perspectives d’améliorations surprendront et dépasseront mes attentes. Un jour ou l’autre, je débaucherai les copains de Strava avec FITIV
