But, every single day I have to reconnect this app to my Fitbit account. I should not have to keep doing that so that is my reason for only 4 stars. ### 4/5 — Does the job. *2026-05-30, version 1.1.4* The app works as intended. It a great. Thankful for the option. But the functionality is a bit tedious. It needs a refresh and log in every time it is used… Which is fine, but it does not open at the log in screen. It opens on the main screen. I hit sync and it does nothing. Then I have to exit. Go back in. Then the log in screen comes up. However, just before upgrading to iOS 26 it stopped working. I would hit the “Sync Now” button, but then it would quickly flash that it’s syncing, but then nothing would sync. I would have to log out of my account, then log back in again to get it to sync. Then days later, the same issue. Rinse, lather & repeat. Then after upgrading to iOS 26, there was finally an update to this app and I thought it would fix it, but nope. Still the same issue. I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, then tried to installing the app again. Still nothing. What’s the deal? Since then? Now you have to log out and back in again before it lets you sync. And if you sync? It duplicates what’s already been sent over to Apple Health, so you have to delete all data there first before you sync. Pretty useless at this point. Contacting support is also useless as it takes them MONTHS to get back to you with no solution.
