## What is FitKaro?

FitKaro is a workout tracker that stays out of your way. Quick to log, honest about your progress, and private by default.

Built for the gym floor — for the moments when you have chalk on your hands, a rack is taken, and you just want to record a set and get back to it.


LOGGING THAT KEEPS UP

Start a workout and add exercises as you go. Log reps, weight and duration in a tap. Reorder exercises mid-session by holding and dragging when your plan meets reality. Add an exercise from anywhere in the app and it drops straight into the session you already have running.


A REST TIMER THAT STAYS PUT

Start your rest and put the phone down. The timer keeps running on your lock screen, so you can catch the buzz without unlocking anything or losing your place.


PROGRESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE

Every set you log builds a history. Weight and reps per exercise over weeks and months, so you can tell whether the last six weeks actually moved anything.

Track body measurements too — weight, body fat, chest, waist, arms, thighs and more — and see the trend rather than a single number on a single day.


PROGRESS PHOTOS, KEPT PRIVATE

Attach photos to a workout or a set of measurements and build a visual timeline.

These are private by default. Not "private unless we change our minds" — the default is enforced in the database itself, photos are never served from a public web address, and every view goes through a check on who is asking. Your trainer sees a progress photo only if you decide to share it.


YOUR TRAINER, IN THE LOOP

Join your gym with a gym code and your trainer can assign you workouts and follow your progress. They see your workouts and measurements — and only the photos you have chosen to share.

If you do not train at a gym, none of this applies and nobody else sees anything.


WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL

Gym basements are where mobile signal goes to die. Log everything offline and it syncs the moment you are back on a network. Nothing is lost while you are underground.


AN EXERCISE LIBRARY WORTH BROWSING

Hundreds of exercises with demonstration images, searchable by name, muscle group or equipment. Add your own if your gym has something the list does not.


WHAT WE DO NOT DO

No ads. No ad networks.
No analytics or tracking SDKs — you are not followed across other apps or websites.
No selling your data to anyone.
No location tracking. The app never asks where you are.

Delete your account from inside the app and your workouts, measurements and photos go with it.
