Definitely recommend. Once quarantine started I was afraid I would end up losing my gains and start gaining weight. Not only did this app keep my on track with my fitness goals but it also provides you with a very informative nutrition guide and meal plan. What helped me the most was that I was able to see demonstrated videos d of the exercises and was also provided a timer that took me through my work outs. The workouts are also challenging and are flexible with whichever fitness level you’re at.
