I use them with all my clients from athletes to general population. They are a hot commodity. Great tool to have for improving your mind body connection. I love to use the FitLight to simulate game-like situations, reaction, quick decision-making to fun core exercises and more. They moved to the app and have rendered the technology useless. The fitlights wifi constantly drops connection. Even the most simple exercise you make causes the app to crash. You can no longer film your exercises with it. It’s an expensive system but has the worst software. Save your money DO NOT BUY THE NEW SYSTEM ! Find an older version to buy and make sure it comes with a tablet. Awful customer service, and the Wi-Fi light doesn’t work consistently even when fully charged. The app registers it as constantly not being connected, even though it is. Now with the 2nd generation shift from a separate tablet to using an app on my phone it seem to fix any challenges that I had before!
