### 4/5 — Excellent App For Examining Your Fitbit Data

*2018-03-01, version 1.6*

This app allows you to examine your Fitbit data for predefined or custom date ranges. I usually use it in the morning to look up previous performance to help set my goals for the day. Easy to use.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. This was due to a breaking change in the API we use to communicate with Fitbit to read your tracker data. The latest update addresses this - give it a shot! Let us know if you have any problems.

### 4/5 — Neat app for fit bit users

*2017-04-03, version 1.5.1*

This is a great app, provides a bit more detail on active minutes. For the cost (less than $3 for the upgraded version) it is worth it for anyone who likes to compare numbers.

### 3/5 — Until now

*2016-03-10, version 1.4.4*

It's been fine until now. It tells me that the login screen is no longer valid or that someone else is using it. I use this app to see how close I am to my next trophy and to compare everything on a weekly basis/monthly basis. Please fix.

### 3/5 — okay..but needs more

*2016-01-30, version 1.4.4*

I agree with one of the other reviews, there is no sleep data when you download :(

please update, the app hasn’t been updated in quite a while.

### 2/5 — Download data purchase not worth it

*2015-12-12, version 1.4.4*

The app may be useful in some cases, but I assumed that when it says raw data to download it really means the original data on which the daily totals are based. In fact all it gives is the daily totals which the fitbit app will also give you. Couldn’t find anywhere to contact the author to discus.

### 2/5 — Nice concept but....

*2015-11-07, version 1.4.4*

This is a great idea. There is a ton of great data in the Fitbit that could be better exposed and presented. Unfortunately the app does not give access to the areas are sorely missing In the native Fitbit GUI. Sleep and calories are two examples where this app could shine but does not add any value.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2015-11-03, version 1.4.4*

I can already look up my activity within the Fitbit app. I just downloaded this to see the sum of my calorie expenditure versus calories eaten for the last week and this function is not available. For weight loss, monitoring your calorie intake is the most important part and neither the Fitbit app nor fitline have a feature that shows how many calories you've saved over the week. In a week you should have a 3500 calorie deficit to lose a pound.

### 3/5 — Could be much better

*2015-09-03*

Nice start to an app. Could have better ability to extract more data from the Fitbit. But wanting $1.29 every single time you want to download your own data...that's a ripoff!!

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2015-05-17, version 1.3.3*

This info is better seen on Fitbit's own app. It doesn't even include your sleep! Quite pointless.

### 1/5 — Not all that useful, really

*2015-01-19, version 1.3.3*

Okay, first off it's annoying that you have to pay to see anything beyond one month when I can just go on FitBit itself and see pretty much all this information for free (and has all the information up to when I first got it along with any food tracking I've done) I can understand having people pay for the exporting feature, but not for data they already have access to (that seems a bit too greedy to me)

### 1/5 — Fitbit app much better

*2015-01-11, version 1.3.3*

This is an iphone app review. This app costs money for what you can find, better, free. I love apps but not those that offer nothing new or upgraded. Yeah, eye of the beholder, I know but why add copycats when you can take tech and customer service further? So my advice is Ignore this app. To developer I say: New Ideas Only, please.

### 4/5 — Nice little data tool.

*2014-11-30, version 1.3.2*

Nice little data tool. My hope is more features will be added over time.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No data received

*2025-11-13, version 1.6*

I paid to get my Fitbit data exported into a csv file. I received a blank spreadsheet with only headers. No data. There’s nothing in the app allowing me to follow up to get my data or a refund, so I guess I’ll just have to complain here.

### 1/5 — Fitline on IPad Pro

*2022-10-30, version 1.6*

Does this app no longer work? I have removed it and reinstalled it but will not get passed the log in screen.

### 1/5 — Not Recommended

*2021-02-06, version 1.6*

After initial set up I found that it didn’t really provide that much useful data above what you could already get from the Fitbit application.

After a short period the application started crashing. Several restarts, resets and reinstall’s haven’t resolved it.

It’s not worth bothering with.

### 1/5 — Worked until I bought it!!!

*2020-06-02, version 1.6*

Says it all ...

### 1/5 — Not good

*2020-05-21, version 1.6*

Couldnt get past the fitbit login screen. Kept going back and asking me to login. Uninstalled. Restarted iphone. No difference. If the developers can fix this problem id be happy to change my views on the app.

### 1/5 — Current day data only.

*2019-09-17*

Data selected does not match date range. For example if I select data for the last month I see current day data.

I wrote my on API’s and prefer them to downloading data with this App.

I deleted the app from my iPad.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2017-02-13, version 1.5.1*

Free version does even less than the Fitbit app.

Want to change $1 to send you your raw data so that you can analysis it your self.

Useless

### 1/5 — Greedy

*2016-11-24, version 1.5.1*

App used to work. Then stopped..only way to make it work is pay some unspecified amount again? Beware.

### 1/5 — Not working!

*2016-09-04, version 1.5*

This app was great, but now crashes & nothing. Please fix this soon. You've got a great app.

### 1/5 — Crash

*2016-08-14, version 1.5*

Crash

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great before google bought fitbit

*2024-10-09, version 1.6*

I like the app, gives me all the stats i want, seems to have a current issue with Google data usage…which is a real shame

### 5/5 — Really an eye opener

*2018-12-16, version 1.6*

Track almost anything on your FitBit watch over almost any time period, even “all time” since the start of FitBit use. It’s fabulous.

Settings are rather rudimentary, being force refresh of data (re-download from FitBit account) and a choice of metric units.

Warning ......... dates shown are in the format mm/dd/yyyy, and there is no way of changing to dd/mm/yyyy. Developers please can you arrange this ?

### 5/5 — Exactly what I wanted

*2016-02-28, version 1.4.4*

This app is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that would clearly display fit bit totals from specific time periods, especially the lifetime amount. The layout of the app is very nice and clear as well.

### 5/5 — Extremely convenient data

*2015-09-06, version 1.3.3*

The app is very straightforward, and easy to use. I spent the buck to get the entire lifetime data access, and it was well worth it. The app is very simple and very straightforward. All the data I need from the app the Fitbit doesn't provide in its own app. I do not have to access the Fitbit website while using a mobile device. (The Fitbit site is not a convenient website for mobile users.)

### 5/5 — Great supplement to Fitbit

*2014-10-06, version 1.2*

I really like to use this app as an addition to the standard Fitbit app. I am able to see new stats like highest step days for any period of time.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2014-10-05, version 1.2*

This is an awesome app that allows you to download the data from your Fitbit. It also lets you get data from a specified date range too. I would highly recommend it.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2014-10-05, version 1.2*

This is a great app to have if you want to see your progress whenever you want.

### 5/5 — Data galore

*2014-10-05, version 1.2*

Nifty app for those of us who love numbers and obsess on fitness data. :)

### 5/5 — Nice reporting companion app for fitbit

*2014-10-05, version 1.2*

Works great. Easy way to see your long term fitbit info. Highly recommend.

### 4/5 — Handy app for 2024 FitBit

*2024-05-17, version 1.6*

I love being able to continuously scroll down and see my steps count without having them broken up into weeks like they are now in the FitBit app. The new FitBit app is trash now (thanks, Google.) 😞
I don’t think this particular app is being developed anymore, but I would love if they added Daily Calories In and Daily Calories Out to their synced metrics. That would make this app even more useful (and worth paying a little extra for!) Thank you!
