## What is FitLog10?

FitLog10 is a personal workout log that stays out of your way. Free, no ads, no account.

LOG IN 20 SECONDS
Pick the exercise, tap the sets. Your last numbers are already filled in — change what changed, check the set, done. A rest timer starts on its own and shows up on your Lock Screen.

SEE IT ON A BODY MAP
Every exercise is tagged with the muscles it works, so the app adds them up for you. Open Today and see this week's body map fill in — chest, lats, quads — front and back. Zoom in to sub-muscles, tap one to see which exercises hit it.

STRENGTH AND CARDIO, ONE LOG
Barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, bodyweight — and running, cycling, rowing, swimming, walking, stairs, jump rope. Quick log a whole session by body part when you're in a hurry.

PLAN THE WEEK
Save routines, or pick from a built-in library (full body, push-pull-legs, 5×5, dumbbell home, bodyweight travel, jiu-jitsu conditioning and more). Put a routine on a day and start it with one tap. Optionally write plans to a dedicated "FitLog10" calendar so they show up in your other apps.

STATS THAT MEAN SOMETHING
Week, month or year: sessions, time, personal records, cardio totals, a streak of training weeks — and the body map for any period. Tap an exercise to see how the weight moved.

APPLE WATCH
Start Strength, Tabata, Run, Walk, Bike, Swim or Row from your wrist, or start on your phone and the Watch joins by itself. Heart rate, calories, zones and GPS route recorded in every session, phone and Watch on one clock.

APPLE HEALTH
Save workouts and body measurements to Health. Workouts from Apple's Workout app arrive on their own, with the route on a map for outdoor runs, walks and rides.

TABATA
A built-in interval timer with voice countdown, Live Activity on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

BODY MEASUREMENTS
Weight, body fat and muscle mass, with a trend line — and a progress photo with each entry, kept private on your device and your iCloud.

YOURS, NOT OURS
No account, no sign-up, no server. Your log lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own iCloud. Export a full backup as a file any time. Share a routine with a friend as a file.

FREE, WITH A TIP JAR
Everything above is free, forever — no subscription, no locked features. If FitLog10 helps you, you can leave a tip in Settings. A tip unlocks nothing; it just says thanks.

Built by an airline pilot. Pilots log everything.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.6 — 2026-09-26

A cleaner logbook, a printable PDF, and a simpler home.
• Log: workouts are grouped by month with totals, one line each — date, type, title, summary, minutes. Far more fits on a screen.
• Export PDF: pick a period and a layout (every exercise with its sets, or one line per workout) and print, save to Files or share it.
• Today: one card for what's next, one row to start anything — Workout, Cardio, Tabata, Quick — and one card for this week.
• Settings moved to the tab bar; tabs are icons only.

Cardio on Apple Watch — easier to read, and more robust.
• New Watch screen: big numbers in the order you glance at them — time, distance, pace, heart rate with its zone bar.
• Split alerts: a tap on the wrist every kilometer (or mile) with that split's pace and average heart rate. Turn it off on the controls page.
• If the iPhone app is closed mid-workout, it picks the session back up when reopened — ending on the phone ends the Watch too, and heart rate lands in the log.
• Starting on both devices at once no longer creates two records; pausing from the phone works even when the live link drops.
• Heart rate is asked for before the first workout starts, and workouts missing heart rate are filled in from Health.
