Annual subscriptions are billed the total annual fee after your free trial ends. Monthly subscriptions are billed after the trial ends, and monthly. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you go to your account settings to manage your subscription and turn auto-renew off. If you want to stop your subscription from auto-renewing you must do this at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. I have emailed support and they just tell me they my acct is canceled but I just got charged again! ### 1/5 — Too many glitches *2023-09-05, version 3.4.6* I just deleted the app and cancelled my yearly subscription before I even started. I couldn’t get the app to stop quitting. It made me pay twice (only charged once) but kept redirecting me back to the payment screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone but nothing worked. Unsure if set reps are per side or total The little joke or quip she said for each video is exactly the same each time. No tips or explanations. So it gets annoying. No ability to track reps or progress. The recipes are about the equivalent of searching “insert meal type here” on Pinterest. Don’t waste your money, buy a real program I was expecting more. Erica is an amazing influencer and I absolutely adore her HOWEVER I feel like the app missed the mark. The app is definitely for beginners, which is great, but I was hoping to be able to get more intense workouts from a bikini competitors app but there are no options for the non-beginners. The app itself is very glitchy, you can’t minimize the app without the clock pausing which is really annoying during cardio sense I want to be able to access my phone to pass the time. This is also not the only app with the exact same layouts it’s very generic. The community is NOT. Erica does not come in and comment. No one responds to questions or posts at all. It’s a lot like talking to a wall. So to say there is a “community” is a total lie. For the price it’s just not worth it which is a bummer. This comment has nothing to do with Erica herself but more so the app creator. That all being said if you’re just starting out this app would be great for you. ### 1/5 — The app just hangs after one use *2022-05-23, version 1.0.14* The app used to work great before March 2022. Now I have to delete the app from my iPhone and re download from the App Store everytime I want to use the app. When I open the app after one use, the app just hangs/spins and I can’t access any page. I have emailed plankk support numerous times over the past 3 months and they have provided zero resolution. They repeatedly ask what iPhone version I have and if I have downloaded the new fit love squad app. They clearly don’t even read my support emails. I have even sent them videos showing how the app hangs. Zero resolution. It is frustrating to have to delete and reload the app everytime I want to use it. I am very disappointed with plankk support. ### 1/5 — Terrible Support *2022-03-04, version 1.0.11* Do not use this app. The app company charged my credit card after I cancelled my subscription and was charging my credit card for someone else’s account. My credit card had no other fraudulent charges on it. But Plankk told me my card was linked to another account. I’ve used other fitness apps that were much nicer and didn’t rip you off.
