After the Schnucks challenge was over, I can’t even sign in anymore. It’s been at least a week and all it does is load. I was kind of enjoying the activity challenges and such but I’ve tried many things but can’t get anywhere.

Tried this app just for the Schnucks rewards challenge. Never would sync to my Fitbit. Contacted customer support twice and never got a reply.

I downloaded this for the Schnucks rewards. I got over 50,000 the first week but no rewards. I reached out by chat and then chat stopped working. I couldn’t reply. At first the app wouldn’t update my steps, then started working and I got rewards for week 2.  Then the app locked up, turned black and wouldn’t respond. I deleted, installed again and now I can’t log in. This has been such a hassle!  It is awful!

This app crashes and wipes out your hard work. I was using it too track my steps for the Schnuck’s challenge. You work hard towards a goal and then this app lets you down big time by erasing all of your progress, just an awful feeling. Really disappointed. ☹️

If you like watching an app trying to load and sucking down your battery this is the app for you! Otherwise, if you were trying to redeem Schnucks points for active rewards, you might want to try something else

The app is always glitching! Half the time it doesn’t even load! Since downloading it my phone has frozen more times than I can count! Currently I am unable to get it to load at all even after updating! It sits on a black loading screen

**Developer response:** We regret your poor experience on that specific day, when we we had a surge of traffic and the app's response was slow. Please consider re-installing the app and on-board.

This app is terrible. The Peloton connection is not working. Some days the sync works, some days it doesn’t. I’m only using it to get Schnucks reward dollars.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. If you tell us your UserName we can investigate and help (help@fitlvl.com)-- most likely reason is we are not getting your steps from your Peloton (privacy or permissions issue). We have other users who are syncing with Peloton.

Love the app and idea but there is a small flaw.
The app doesn’t prevent participants from counting days outside of the challenge period. This gives participants who join earlier an unfair advantage. For example, if a monthly challenge is to complete 30 days of workouts, participants who join a day earlier can count their activity on the day they joined, even though it’s not officially part of the challenge. This means they can potentially complete more days than participants who join on the start date. 
I hope this is helpful to developers.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and suggestion. The new version allows a “ReSync” feature where if you forgot to sync your wearable, you can resync and catch up!
