Not intuitive, no detail, shows absolutely nothing compared to what shows on the InBody report. InBody app was 100% better. ### 1/5 — Hard pass *2026-02-08* My nutrition store went from Inbody to this app and I hate it. I prefer the printed paper I get but the printer doesn’t always have paper or want to print and now I have to deal with this app, and I hate it. ### 1/5 — It will not except any of my password changes *2024-02-22* I’ve been trying to reset my password for an entire week since getting my last weigh in and it will not except anything that I’m coming up with so I’d like to know what I’m suppose to do asap to view my information. This is extremely frustrating. Brought my friend with me to get them started and they had the exact same issue??? ### 1/5 — Good idea but poor execution *2024-01-25* When it works it’s ok at best. But it rarely even works, just spins around. I’ve deleted the app and restarted my phone and it’s just useless. ### 1/5 — Stopped Working *2024-01-25* When I pull up the app it’s just a blank white screen. Finally after waiting at least 1 minute the log in screen comes up. Sometimes it allows you to enter info other times it’s frozen. Even when I was able to enter my info, it still froze up. ### 1/5 — I can’t log in. *2020-08-27* I went to a nutrishop and they said that to keep track of my progress to download this app. The first time that I tried it they told me to rest my password but that took almost 24 hours to get an email. This morning I got flooded with emails to rest my password and when I tried, it just kept saying invalid, please send another link to your email. I’d say don’t waist your time on this app and download the inbody app. ### 1/5 — Garbage...don’t waste your time *2020-08-26* I went to discount nutrition to get a scan. They don’t have a printer so I download the app. My birthdate keeps changing to 11/09/8700 so I can’t access my scan from this morning. I’ve changed it dozens of time and press “save” & it doesn’t save. I’ve contacted the app support in the chat room. He said he’ll look into it. Hours have gone by & yet still no changes. Pathetic. ### 1/5 — App just doesn’t work *2020-01-04* Got the app yesterday from our local Nutrishop for a challenge ant my Crossfit gym, and it flat out will not work.
