In short, this app is pretty useful overall, it’s really convenient as it is tailored for in home no equipment workouts which makes it easy to use. The variety of exercises is also good. I would recommend this for anyone trying to get into at home workouts as it makes sure you have the correct form and don’t injure yourself. It pretty much acts as a your own personal coach.
