### 5/5 — Workout

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

I am starting 😒 to love this now. My pain is getting to be less. I don’t know what else to say, it shocks me what these less than strenuous exercises are doing. I’ve always exercised heartily, but at age 74, it became tough to keep up.

### 5/5 — Going well

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

Wish there was a step between beginner and intermediate.

### 5/5 — Day three

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

Very easy to do and I’m even working out watching the robot before the actual workout itself

### 4/5 — It’s great although I wouldn’t call it lazy

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

I love these exercises because I can’t do standing for a time. I don’t like that they’re calling it lazy because there are many people who can’t do the standing/walking movements for different reasons. We want to do what we can though & chair workout can help us do that. Especially if it can help us move & stay fit.

### 5/5 — Day 165

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

The only result I have seen is my blood pressure has come down nothing else guess that’s a plus “NO” well built body haha

### 4/5 — Hawk's Return

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

These workouts continue to help me get my energy back. I thought I was going to be getting weaker abs weaker after my open heart surgery nearly 2 yrs ago. I tried doing weights and just got extremely tired. It sucked and I got depressed because as a Combat Marine I expected the best out of myself. I was in such great shape over two yrs before I was diagnosed of having blockage in my heart valves. These workouts have given me confidence and I know these are challenging but not impossible. I am extremely proud of myself to be doing so good and NFQ Marine! Semper Fi!

### 5/5 — Stan

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

Absolutely stun to progress made in only three days. I’m excited about what’s to come

### 1/5 — Suspicious App

*2026-09-04, version 1.39.2*

I downloaded this to practice and exercise but without my knowledge and without connection to App Store subscription, it charged me by sending me to websites and confusing into hidden subscription things. I cannot get a refund since their subscription, unlike what they say, is not via App Store. I see several similar complaints in here that confirms I am not alone. Sketchy App. Do not try!

### 1/5 — Billed without notice

*2026-09-03, version 1.39.2*

I got a $49 bill without knowing they apparently get you for $14 to start then bill you a renewal. Have yet to figure out how to cancel.

### 1/5 — Cannot cancel my subscription

*2026-09-02, version 1.39.2*

Very frustrating to opt out!!!!

### 1/5 — Can’t down load

*2026-09-02, version 1.39.2*

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-09-01, version 1.39.2*

I have tried to cancel this subscription a number of times of times and cannot

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-09-01, version 1.39.2*

The automatic renewal doesn’t tell you before it renews it tells you after they suck but almost $100 out of your checking account. Not good business. Why not send an email saying this is about to renew do you still want it or are you using it. They can see that I hadn’t used it, but still sucked $100 out of my checking account. And they refuse to give me a refund. Business such as this should not be allowed to scam people.

### 1/5 — Client

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

I canceled my subscription but they still take my money

### 1/5 — Nice App

*2026-08-31, version 1.39.2*

I do not see how I can cancel my subscription. The FAQ says go to App Store but there is no where to cancel

### 1/5 — Thank you for confirming the cancellation. However, I am still requesting a REFUND of the $55 that

*2026-08-30, version 1.39.2*

I paid for what I understood to be a short one-week program. Later, I was shocked to find a $55 charge on my credit card.

When I contacted them, instead of simply refunding the money, they told me about subscription renewal terms and initially directed me to Apple. The problem is that this $55 charge does NOT even appear in my Apple purchase history. The only Apple charge I can see from this app is an older $12 transaction.

They canceled the subscription, but cancellation is NOT a refund. I asked for my $55 back, and so far I have not received it.

My advice: be extremely careful before entering your credit card information. Read every subscription and renewal condition carefully, take screenshots, and check your credit card statements. A small initial purchase can turn into a much larger recurring charge if you don’t notice the subscription terms.

I would not have purchased this service if I had understood that I could later be charged $55.

Very disappointing experience. I want my $55 refunded.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-30, version 1.39.2*

Charged, can’t cancel, not helpful prompts

### 5/5 — Program

*2026-09-04, version 1.39.2*

I am going at my own pace most of the exercises are good. The leg exercises get complicated. All in all I like the program.

### 5/5 — Unc B

### 5/5 — Problem?

*2026-09-02, version 1.39.2*

Unlike so many other apps, IF you have a problem or question, FitBit’s customer service is fantastic. The workouts are geared to your needs and I always feel better after doing “my daily”!

### 5/5 — Day 4

*2026-09-02, version 1.39.2*

Breathing is improving
Oximeter reading is higher.

### 5/5 — Amazed

*2026-09-02, version 1.39.2*

This is only my 3rd day and I already have more energy and I'm sleeping better. ❤️

### 5/5 — Beginning to feel it

*2026-09-02, version 1.39.2*

Some of the exercises are beginning to stretch me now and I can feel the pain and benefit!

### 5/5 — Aching

*2026-09-02, version 1.39.2*

Finding it hard work but I guess it ain’t supposed to be easy and hopefully I’ll see some progress soon, an aching muscle is one that is working for a change!
I do find some of the exercises difficult with my injuries but I can just skip them or review beforehand and swap for something else which is a very handy tool.
