Downloaded the app, selected a plan to start the 7 day trial. Was charged and cannot access anything on the app or on their website. Trying to get in contact with someone for a refund. Don’t get this app.

This app is a must-have for the busy professional mom who needs a easy to navigate resource to guide work outs whenever, wherever. I’ve trained with FitMom since 2017 and the app means I have trainer Ash on demand, ready to pack a high quality training punch when I need her, from anywhere in the world! The work outs are quick, effective and are packaged according to your time and preferences. There are also progressive multi-week challenges, building strength slowly, guided by Ash and the team. This is not just another workout app with anonymous trainers and untested content, it is the workout library of a passionate and dedicated trainer who delivers excellent results!

I have used this app for years now and this is a total lifesaver. The workouts are amazing, really challenging and perfect for a busy mom. It’s worth every cent and I use it daily. My husband now does the workouts for me and he loves it. Don’t underestimate moms and how hard we can train!
