Mindful eating and exercise under the able guidance of my dietician and fitness coach. Sankeerthana, my dietician… she is amazing and very cordial. She constantly monitors my food and energy levels. I started at 74.5 kg and now 70.8 as of today. Shes very prompt and responds whenever I need her help. My fitness coach Yashraj…he also checks on my sessions and helps me with all the questions I have. Thank you both of you for being so amazing. ### 4/5 — The perfect guide to fitness and nutrition. *2025-02-07* Hi i had an amazing experience with my dietician sankeerthana and fitness coach samrin khan.And they are very supportive approachable and motivative.I highly recommended to anyone looking to improve health and fitness journey. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2024-11-02* App has lot of issues 1) It crashes as I try to enter nutrition from exiting nutrition plan or search, very random and annoying 2) No option to enter my own meal in nutrition so cannot track information correctly as I would have to choose only from exiting meals 3) Sync button exits but won’t work so step count or workout cannot be synced.
