FitMorph AI is pretty good for someone who needs guided workouts. It asked me questions about my goals and made a program that makes sense for me. Also nice how it doesn’t make me feel guilty when I skip… just says I’ll crush it next time. Still on the trial but thinking I’ll keep it.
