The app definitely collected all the data and says it has it saved, but no information on size or arches is available to be seen and used. The 3 choices in the app are Profile, shop, and help. None of which have anything useful listed such as size measurements or how to see your size measurements. I guess it’s all internal since even in the shop section the only choice I have is custom sandal with no size or foot options to see or choose from. ### 4/5 — Good analysis *2024-09-17, version 3.9.8* If you want to know more about your feet and what to look for in purchases, this is the app for you. The app makes the photo taking process very easy....until the photos won’t upload :( After taking pictures and loading for over an hour, I finally give up. This app measured my shoe size to be 5.5 and 6. This is completely wrong. In addition, I have high arches, which were confirmed by all the podiatrists I saw. Their app said my arches were average. My first 3/4 insoles I wore for 2 years - great fit. Then got the full size insoles which were even more comfortable. A friend introduced me to Wiivvs after seeing them at Lululemon’s SeaWheeze half marathon. The app is fairly easy to use, capturing photos is a little tricky the first time but the insoles came in the mail fast. You can design them to your wants and it even shows up with your name on it which is unexpected but neat small touch. They’re soft, gives me the right shock reduction, is not as smelly as my regular insoles and surprisingly a weird conversation starter at house parties when people see the bright insole. I need full foot support but have had success with a smaller support. First one came was way too small and rubbed blisters on the bottom of my foot.
