For context you need to get a subscription with a trainer. I found mine on the instagram page named “fitness4lazygirls” and there you can find the link to get the process started! I am amble to keep track of my calorie and protein intake very easily here and am also able to understand workouts provided :) ### 1/5 — Can’t even create an account *2025-04-18* I would love to give this app a good review or any review, but when you open it up it just asks you to sign in, nothing for new people.
