It always shows a10 min error and it super annoying. I have to sync it manually why doesnt it sy'c in the background ?

Went to developers web site only in chinese.  No english.  So far cant get the SMS alert to stay on in the app.  Have other questions but they are not covered in the small instruction book.  Consequently unable to utilize completely.  I have previously gone thru 2 Fitbit charge in one year.  Hope this new fitness bracelet last longer.
