## What is Fitness Camera?

Stop guessing whether you're really changing. Fitness Camera is a progress photo tracker that turns your progress photos into a clean before-and-after story — same pose, same angle, every time.

NEW: Pose Detection. The camera recognizes your previous pose and fires the shutter the moment you match it. No more crooked, mismatched shots — just aligned progress photos you can compare. It's what makes Fitness Camera different from every other progress photo app.

The scale lies. Your progress pics don't — when the pose is the same.

WHY FITNESS CAMERA
• Pose-match shutter for perfectly aligned progress photos and gym selfies
• AI pose guide overlays your last shot so every progress photo lines up
• Progress albums by body part: biceps, chest, abs, back, legs & full body
• Measurements — weight, body fat, waist & chest with progress charts
• Slides, transformation photos, carousels & collages
• Transformation video — turn months of progress photos into a time-lapse
• Built-in photo editor + import your existing photos
• Private, hidden vault with app lock — your progress pics stay yours
• Backup & restore your whole progress photo journal to a new phone
• Apple Health sync: weight, steps, distance and more

FOR EVERY GOAL
Whether it's weight loss or building muscle at the gym, Fitness Camera keeps every progress photo organized and easy to compare:
• Weight loss progress photos that tell the truth when the scale won't move
• Gym progress photos and workout progress photos, week by week
• Muscle progress photos and body progress photos for any body
• Diet progress photos plus a physique tracker with physique photos and charts Expecting? Track your pregnancy and belly progress week by week too. It's an honest journal of fitness progress photos and progress pics for any body.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a progress album for your goal — weight loss, muscle or full body.
2. Take your first progress photo — the pose guide helps you frame it.
3. Come back later, match the pose, and the auto shutter fires for you.
4. Watch your transformation in slides and time-lapse video.

WHY POSE MATCHING MATTERS
Most progress photos fail because the pose and angle change every time, so you can't tell a real transformation from a different camera angle. Fitness Camera aligns every progress photo so each progress pic is truly comparable — real change, not noise.

TRANSFORMATION VIDEO & TIME-LAPSE
Turn months of progress photos into a transformation video with one tap. The time-lapse stitches every aligned shot into one smooth before-and-after clip you'll actually want to share.

PROGRESS PHOTO JOURNAL & DIARY
Fitness Camera doubles as a progress photo journal and diary: every progress pic, gym selfie and body transformation photo stays organized and dated, so your whole transformation is one honest timeline.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your body is personal. Every progress photo stays on your device, and an optional app lock (Face ID / passcode) keeps your progress photo diary private. Back up and restore anytime.

Track every week, stay motivated, and see your real transformation. Fitness Camera is the progress photo tracker, journal and diary that keeps every progress pic honest — take your best progress photo today.
