Science/researched-based, comprehensive,  guided exercise program, tailored to older adults.  Focused on helping to correct alignment problems and retrain tissues and the brain to optimize health and function. One-on-one guidance and feedback, with Health Care Professionals very involved in all aspects of the program.  Progress tracked by observation and advice as they observe each client during workouts via zoom, and by every-3-month measurements of client flexibility and alignment.  Staff are unfailingly encouraging, cheerful and attentive to any problems or concerns.  I’ve already made huge progress: much better balance, greater strength and endurance, and far less pain and fatigue.
