## What is Fitness Exporter?

Export your Apple Health step count and flights climbed data as clean JSON. Send it to your own server via HTTPS or save it locally as per-year JSON files accessible through the Files app.

Choose a lookback period — from one day to all time — and export on demand. Data is sent as a simple JSON array, making it easy to integrate with any backend, database, or personal dashboard.

Features:
- Export steps and flights climbed from HealthKit
- POST JSON to any HTTPS endpoint with optional Bearer token auth
- Save per-year JSON files to your device (accessible via Files app)
- Configurable lookback: 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, 1 year, or all time
- Test export with randomized mock data before using real health data
- Bearer token stored securely in the iOS Keychain
- No account required. No data leaves your device unless you choose HTTP export
