Tried to set up my account. First I typed in the barcode numbers and got a message that my info can’t be found. I then scanned the barcode and got the same message. Apparently this is currently a useless app for new customers.

The old version of your App had the option to immediately display the membership ID / Barcode card for scanning upon opening the app.  

It was the primary feature to use so I didn’t have to carry a physical card…

This ‘new and improved’ version doesn’t seem to offer that option?  

I’ll stick with the old version…

Every time I try to add to my Apple wallet, it says “Barcode not added. Please try again later.” The only reason I got the app was so I could add it to my Apple wallet and not need to fumble with my keys to scan in. Huge bug that needs to be addressed.

Fitness Factory is a great gym all brand new immaculately maintained great welcoming staff and awesome trainers! The app is just as great.

So easy and everyone is right at my fingertips from schedule classes and check ins.  It keeps track of my work outs and runs contests to keep us busy.  Love it almost as much as the gym
