Access to the Fitness First app is linked to your Fitness First membership. To log in to the app, you must use exactly the same email address that is stored in your membership details. This is the only way to log in correctly.
As a rule, you will automatically receive your app access once you have become a Fitness First member.

Insgesamt eine gut funktionierende App. Ich hätte drei Verbesserungsvorschläge: Erstens springt die App oft zur Startseite zurück, wenn man während einer laufenden Trainingseinheit andere Apps öffnet; es wäre schön, wenn die Seite mit dem Trainingsplan geöffnet bliebe (glücklicherweise geht der Trainingsfortschritt dabei nicht verloren). Zweitens wird manchmal dieselbe Übung in zwei verschiedenen Ausführungen zum selben Plan hinzugefügt; in der Praxis handelt es sich um unterschiedliche Übungen, für die App sind sie jedoch identisch. Aus irgendeinem Grund werden nach Abschluss des Trainingsplans die Gewichte und Wiederholungszahlen für beide Varianten gleichgesetzt, wodurch der Unterschied verloren geht und nur die Daten der zuletzt ausgeführten Übung übernommen werden – es wäre wünschenswert, wenn jede Übungsvariante ihre eigenen Daten behalten würde. Drittens wäre eine bessere Integration von Apple Health wünschenswert; derzeit wird für die Übungen keine Dauer erfasst, sodass sie in der Health-App nicht angezeigt oder berücksichtigt werden. Manchmal vergisst man vielleicht, das Training offiziell zu beenden; dieses Problem ließe sich jedoch meiner Meinung nach durch eine Timer-Erinnerung oder durch die Synchronisierung mit dem Auschecken (z. B. beim Scannen der Mitgliedskarte) beim Verlassen des Fitnessstudios lösen.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem neuen Fitnessstudio in Rheinstetten. Sowohl das Studio selbst als auch die Umkleidebereiche sind stets sehr sauber und gepflegt, was für eine angenehme Trainingsatmosphäre sorgt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Trainer, die alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent sind.

Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich hervorragend – moderne Ausstattung, guter Service und faire Preise. Für uns ist zudem die Lage ein großer Pluspunkt, da das Studio nur etwa 50 Meter von unserem Zuhause entfernt ist. Dadurch lässt sich das Training problemlos in den Alltag integrieren.

Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein sauberes, freundliches und gut geführtes Fitnessstudio in Rheinstetten suchen! 💪😊

Sehr einfach und übersichtlich gemacht. Kurse finden, auswählen, buchen - fertig! Der Kursplan ist immer aktuell (auch wenn sich Zeiten oder Trainer kurzfristig ändern), schnelles Check-in. Endlich gibt es auch eine Wartelistenfunktion, noch besser wäre es, wenn man automatisch nachrückt (und per SMS oder Mail benachrichtigt wird) wenn sich jemand wieder abmeldet. Sonst schafft man es nicht mehr rechtzeitig zum Kurs…

brauchbare App. Ich nutze sie und mag sie. Ein kleiner Fehler nervt aber: wenn man ein Workout erfassen will, kann man die Zeitangabe nicht beliebig verändern. Man kann immer nur ein bis 2 Minuten vor scrollen, aber nicht z. b. 30 Minuten. wäre schön, wenn ihr das verbessert.
