For example, a class scheduled for tomorrow was canceled and I only found out by chance when I opened the app — no notification was sent. Also, if I accidentally press “Cancel,” the class booking gets canceled immediately without showing a confirmation message (e.g., Do you want to proceed? Yes / No). It would be much better if the app asked for confirmation before canceling a class. ### 1/5 — I’ve been removed *2025-06-01, version 1.30* Literally as the title describes! Needed cancel a class. Open app. Nothing, no classes, bookings, history.. my account details have gone. I’ve paid a year membership upfront, so I know it’s not due to a financial direct debit issue. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Idea for improvement *2024-08-28, version 1.29* Would be lovely to look for a class (eg body pump) and filter by day or time or trainer or city. That way I can find the list of all classes on a specific Monday 5 pm - 7 pm across all the gyms in Dubai / UAE. Or all the pump classes / body balance classes in Dubai on a specific Thursday. Or all classes taught by trainer X in a specific week or day. Maybe an idea for the future. It would make it more functional. ### 5/5 — Training with Anissa *2024-07-04, version 1.28* There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Anissa work, professionalism and her amazing , open and charming personality. It is an amazing combination that always helps to achieve the best results. Also when you love what you do you can’t do it half-heartedly it’s a great teamwork and friendship we have already during 3 months. When I started training with Anissa I had already lost most of the weight, but now the task was much more difficult. I needed to build muscle and shape my body. This required professionalism, delicacy, dedication, precise selection of loads and nutrition( no cheating) 😂 I saw the result after one month, even though she said it’s still early but my body started to change . Fat mass decreased and muscles became more prominent I really wish that everyone who reads this review will become her clients. You won't find a better coach. Many times it gets stuck and we are not able to book a class. We lose time trying to book and it finishes we losing the the time for the appointment.
