Хорошее приложение, упражнения огонь, на видео показано, но можно придумать чем заменить упражнение когда нет конкретного тренажера или что-то не получается. За платную подписку можно и придумать

Não consegui incluir exercícios de glúteos, braço, etc, no treino que apareceu só tem braços e pernas ou peitos e penas .

Não usem , não baixem pois estou tendo problemas … o valor oferecido em um dos pacote é de 49,90 mensal porém só esse mês foi cobrado 7 vezes esse valor na minha fatura, já cancelei mas continua vindo … eu só quero meu reembolso!
