Yesterday Nov 19, 2021 I purchased the 1 year subscription BY MISTAKE. I immediately sent you an email to the support ema address asking you to please not process the payment. I don’t want to use the app and don’t won’t the 1 year subscription I’m sure that, as a serious company, you will process my reimbursement as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance The rate is for you to see my request ASAP. I will update it according to your answer. Thank you 

 Updating this review… Thank you for your quick response. Your manager already contacted me by email and gave me the information about what to do to process the refund. I did everything so now I’ll wait to see which is the response.

Dec 01, 2021 - Wanted to say that the refund was processed and I got my money back Nov 23.  Thank you very much for guiding me on how to process it.
