The app rarely loads. I constantly have to close out and reopen again. Enough times that I get a bit anxious now at this point every time I go to the gym because I know I’m going to have to struggle just to show I am a member. Also, sometimes the class calendar never loads and it’s really hard to switch between locations to check if there are classes for that day.

Very frustrating because they require this to chime into the gym despite it being laggy not working 1/2 the time. Especially for being in SF, literally hire a non budget developer and fix the UI please

This app won’t load the QR code page on my new iPhone, after numerous attempts, deleting it, reinstalling, logging out, etc. 

It’s very frustrating.

Doesn't work on my new phone when i tap on QR code, just goes black. I've had issues with the QR code forever though, it doesn't turn up the brightness when you open it so always struggle with scanning. This app needs some love for sure

Everytime I launch this app it forces a pop up to accept terms of service. No matter how many times I’ve pressed accept and proceed, it still asks me again the next time I login. Not smooth. Not efficient. Despite at least 2 or 3 updates this has never been fixed.

It would be nice if the app had a meter to show if the location is busy or not. I DON’T want to mingle, I want to do a quick workout and leave lol. 

Also all locations should have complimentary parking but that’s not an app issue is it? It is a pain to find parking in the FiDi location, and the one in the complex it’s too expensive.
