I’ve been keep log of my workouts in a note book for years! Now that I have this app it’s so much easier to stay on top of my workouts!

This app perfectly helps me track my meals and my workouts without having to pay a silly fee to do so. This company also ships me my supplements to make sure I’m at peak performance before, during, and after my workouts. It’s nice to finally have a one stop shop on my phone so I don’t have to switch between apps just to work out.
