In 3 years I haven’t seen big changes to app, same videos, same things. Real videos of coaches are good. Some motivational feature would be nice.

The company uses sneaky tactics for billing users monthly and hoping they don’t notice. After the initial charge from Slimkit the new charge from then on is Verv. I had downloaded the Slimkit walking app, but never Verv. 

This is the only app I’ve ever had that does not show in my subscriptions when using my Apple Pay. As I never saw charges from Slimkit I had assumed incorrectly I was not paying for a premium trial. This developer must actively choose to not show their subscription status of the app in the iOS settings so people do not realize they have an active subscription. 

After a year of realizing I was behind charged, I didn’t asked for a refund for previous months, , but only for the most recent charge (the same day it went through) and explained that I couldn’t utilize its services anymore due to pregnancy/bed rest this month. 

Customer service was unhelpful siting they wouldn’t do any refunds beyond the first month offering zero flexibility. 

I would have considered redownloading and using the app post pregnancy, but I feel like I’ve been scammed and will now no longer be using or recommending it. 

There are also many reports on Better Business Bereau of similar situations.

Don’t even know how to unlink my card at this point. Subscribed almost a year ago through TikTok add for the 7 day trial went to give it up cause it didn’t fit my schedule. Guess who just found out it has been still charging me almost a year later? Me! I go to download the app which I never even downloaded and it makes me redo all questions just to ask me to buy it again with no way to log back in or cancel. Guess who can’t log in on the website as well? Me!

Mir fehlt die eigene Eingabe der Lebensmittel mittels QR Code . Und die automatische Umstellung der Lebensmittel auf die gängige landestypische Gewichtsangabe. In DE ist es nun mal Gramm und ml.  und keine Cups. Wenn ich die App auf DE stelle sollten die Messangaben entsprechend umgestellt werden. Aktuell müssen die hinterlegten Lebensmittel manuell umgestellt werden. Lästig. Die Ernährungspläne habe ich noch nicht getestet- aber was die Sport Auswahl betrifft ist es gut auch die Verknüpfung mit dem Health Account - aber es geht besser. Da sollte nochmals nachgedacht und nachprogrammiert werden.

This is a scam.  The makers of this app do not remind you when your subscription is about to renew and just use the fine print to get out of refunding your money.  Also you have to jump through hoops in order to cancel your subscription.  There are better apps out there for exercise and diet

I really enjoy the app. Then the pop up to rate and review kept popping up every time I used the app. After a month of over a 100 pop ups for rate and review the rating has dropped to 1 star. I was just rating once a day, but will do it every time now and give 1 star until it stops asking every time or I can cancel app. It is that annoying.

I have attempted to cancel this app three times and it does not show in my subscriptions, the delete subscription button in their app. Mysteriously doesn’t work and yet they continue to draw $107 from my account quarterly. Do not download this app, it is being reported to the consumer protection agency.

I continuously have problems accessing my Lifetime Verv Premium account. I use the link I was given and it’s not being recognized. After four years, I should not still be experiencing this issue. There should be an independent login that is associated with my account that is not solely dependent on the AppStore recognizing a link created for a purchase workaround. This one thing is tainting my whole experience with the app because it is extremely frustrating, not to mention counterproductive to the whole reason why I am trying to use the app.

Just got a notification that I paid for a subscription I didn’t even know I had. Went to unsubscribe have to redo all the questions, don’t even know how to login to unsubscribe. So annoying! 30$ a month and I can’t even login to cancel. I want my money back.
