Great App! In addition to the training plan, I also get a diet plan in a simple way. This application is for recommendation, I will definitely subscribe after the trial period.

Nice app, finally i know what i'm doing at the gym.
There is also a diet feature, but i needed few minutes of staring to learn to use it
