## What is FitnessGrid?

Open the app. Talk to your AI coach. Done.

FitnessGrid is the coach that knows your week. Tell it once what you want. It plans your training, your meals, and your supplements — then logs what actually happens and adapts every day after.

PLANS ARE EASY. ADAPTING IS THE HARD PART.

Life happens. Sleep gets cut. Meetings run long. Motivation dips. The coach watches the signals and flexes your plan so you don't have to think about it.

· Back after eight weeks off? Three sessions next week, all under 45 minutes.
· Big bowl of pasta last night? Today's targets shift.
· Skipping Thursday? Upper body moves to Friday.
· Bench RPE hit 9 on the top set? Tomorrow's working weight drops a notch.

That moving target is the product. Static plans you can get anywhere.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

· Talk to a coach that already knows today's plan, yesterday's session, and your history.
· Log meals in plain language — "bibimbap for lunch, big bowl" — and the AI resolves the macros against a real food database.
· Track per-set workouts: weight, reps, RPE, personal records.
· Plan a full week of training, meals, and supplements as a grid you can hand-edit or let the coach manage.
· Install skills — pre-built procedures like 5/3/1, a 12-week cut, or a creatine loading protocol — and the coach adapts your week to follow them.
· Scan barcodes for quick food entry.
· Keep notes the coach reads back later: injuries, equipment, goals, dietary rules.

WHO IT'S FOR

· The structured planner who wants the week pre-decided.
· The serious trainee who logs per set with RPE and chases PRs.
· The tracker who watches every meal and macro.

The same surface serves all three. Depth is opt-in.

WHY THE GRID

Underneath the chat, your week is a grid: 7 days × 3 lanes (exercise, diet, supplements) of cards. The coach plans the cards, checks them off, and adapts them as the week unfolds. You can open the grid directly anytime. Most people never need to.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your history, your meals, your training — yours.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 0.1.4 — 2026-08-13

Runners, this one is for you. Cardio finally tracks like cardio: time reads as 52:30 instead of raw seconds, distance is in kilometers, and your pace per km is calculated live as you type. Tell the coach "I ran 10k in 52:30" and it lands on your grid — logged, completed, and counted toward your streak. Also fixes cardio edits not saving on iOS, and workout sessions started from chat now show the right columns for runs, rides, rows and swims.

### 0.1.3 — 2026-08-08

The live workout screen is rebuilt. Logging a set now edits the set you planned instead of creating a duplicate, and every "done" is a toggle you can undo — sets, exercises, workouts and supplement stacks. Mark a whole exercise done in one tap, edit or remove sets mid-session, and see your grid update the moment you finish. Bigger, easier number fields throughout, and the planner and live workout are finally the same screen. Also fixes a crash on opening a workout.

### 0.1.2 — 2026-07-21

Log meals from a photo or scan a barcode with the camera. Review and edit detected foods and macros before saving. Nutrition logging is quicker, while you stay in control.

### 0.1.1 — 2026-07-18

Expired sessions now return you to sign-in automatically, so the app never leaves you stuck behind an invalid login. This release also improves reliability across the grid, coach, workouts, and nutrition.

### 0.1.0 — 2026-07-16
