Makes up numbers *2025-02-24* I only went to bed for 5 hours but it lied and said I got nearly nine hours of sleep. That much time hasn’t even passed since I went to bed. It just makes up numbers. Especially for iPhone Voice Over users. Totally inop. And in Chinese is what screen reader reads to me. Sadly, cannot suggest this app. As for the ring, no clue..have not ever been able to set it up. I’m sure it looks okay as a piece of jewelry? Not sure, I am a blind user and this app is def not voice over friendly. Thumbs down. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-01-30* Absolutely useless app. Suddenly froze up a couple of months ago and whenever I launch it, it just says “Synchronizing”. I can’t access anything, which renders the ring useless. I’ve powered off/on, I’ve unpaired and re-paired the ring, I’ve even uninstalled the app AND the ring, and set everything up from scratch. Nothing works and there’s no update for the app. A total waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t auto track anything *2024-11-13* You have to manually tell it to check heart rate and blood pressure and input when you slept, it doesn’t actually track anything on its own. Waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Bad *2024-10-29* Not working and do not connect with my device ### 1/5 — nothing works automatically, no manual *2024-10-04* got this app for my health ring. there’s no explanations how to set it up and how to use it, what the functions are etc. so you have to figure out by yourself how everything works. the english language used in the app is sometimes very badly translated from chinese and confusing, sometimes even chinese characters appear. i bought this to monitor my pulse and what else this thing offers but it does not automatically measure so you have to go to the app every time you want to measure your pulse. if you don’t, you won’t get a chart of your daily pulse or when exercising. this is not what i want. same with all the other functions. but they put big attention to comparison with other people using this app and achieving medals and stuff. no interest in that! just constantly measure please! ### 1/5 — Fix the App *2024-09-15* You need to fix the App asap. Es fácil que es usarlo y luego ir a la App y encontrar todos mis datos diarios e incluso, mensuales y semanales. Hace todo lo que ofrece hacer, ejercicio, pasos,etc . El medir la presion arterial me ha servido de mucho e igualmente el análisis de sueño. All information is inside the app which seems to be unsupported as of 6/30/25. Would be nice to have it link to iHealth or other health apps. Heart rate and blood pressure readings are fake. Take the ring off and it still gives you a reading. But no surprise. It was quite cheap.
