### 1/5 — Doesn’t pull from Google Fit

*2025-02-09, version 2.2.0*

I’ve been trying everything I possibly can to make it pull from Google Fit sleep data to push into Apple Health and it never seems to grab info from Google Fit. App seems to be broken in a lot of places with dark mode.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2025-01-11, version 2.2.0*

This terrible app won’t even let you delete your account!. Pretty sure this goes against privacy standards and is highly illegal!. To the developers please delete my account from your system immediately!.

### 1/5 — Unbrauchbar

*2024-10-23, version 2.2.0*

### 1/5 — Problem with app

*2024-10-05*

After installing this app my phone started draining very quickly .It heats up quickly as well.

**Developer response:** FitnessSyncer for IOS does not run in the background, so it should not cause this issue. If you are still experiencing this issue, please contact us at hi@fitnesssyncer.com.

### 1/5 — Did not work

*2024-09-16, version 2.2.0*

Couldn't transfer data from Apple health to Google Fit

### 2/5 — Only some integrations work, too expensive

*2024-01-20*

Tried free version and only part of syncs works. The one that works have 1/2 -1 day delay. Probably good enough value for free version but can't think about buying it.

And even for 100% bug-free unlimited version the price extremely high.

**Developer response:** I'd love to understand more of your setup. In general, integrations all work, but may take time to complete or have particularities with your data. But we do offer a ton in the free version, and no integrations should work differently in the free vs Pro version outside of the features like Historic Sync. Feel free to contact us at hi@fitnesssyncer.com at any time to discuss more.

### 1/5 — 4 year old app now out of date

*2023-05-22, version 2.1.9*

Do not download

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2023-01-04, version 2.1.9*

This app cost me a lot of time spent on deleting a ton of duplicated workouts. I followed the instructions step by step, but instead of getting a sync of what was missing (Strava -> Apple Health), I got a sync of everything, which resulted in over 200 duplicates of what was already there. Fun.

Additionally, this is either unfinished or never optimized for newer iOS versions - screens are glitchy, views broken and text is often invisible. It’s barely readable, and the UX is the worst. Really sorry to write this, but
I haven’t seen an app that bad since I had my first iPhone 3GS.

### 2/5 — Reads from Huawei Health but doenst send to Strava

*2022-08-23*

The app can read the activities from Huawei Health but it does not upload them to Strava or Apple Health.

### 2/5 — It’s ok

*2021-11-29*

This was my last ditch effort to sync my Samsung gear 2 with my iPhone. It gave me one large download sync and then it didn’t sync the last 3 weeks of my steps. Daily there was no automatic sync. Even when I press sync, nothing. You need both your old android phone and new iPhone for it work with Samsung health. Some features only work from pc. It’s a nice idea and there is a need for this type of software but this particular one still has flaws in its operation that can be frustrating for users. I’m done with trying with this app and will just have to discard my Samsung health history and switch to an Apple Watch. Also everything leaves if you uninstall the app so it’s only there while the app is present. I gave 2 stars because I really wanted this app to work out but it wasted 2 days of my time with troubleshooting and configuration and still not completely synced.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear about your experience! I hope that you have reached out to us at hi@fitnesssyncer.com so that we can help out.

### 1/5 — Kein puls möglich

*2021-11-11, version 2.1.8*

### 1/5 — Stay away!

*2021-10-24, version 2.1.8*

A bad app. Only u can save data to the app.

### 3/5 — Promising

*2021-05-20, version 2.1.8*

App has a big potential but it should looks better than now

### 1/5 — No sirve para Samsung Health

*2021-05-17, version 2.1.8*

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Awful

*2025-12-07, version 2.2.2*

My god the Ui is the least intuitive thing I've ever used, I only wanted to use it to link from apple health to garmin connect

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2025-07-26*

App crashes ever 20ish seconds unable to complete any syncs. I will update my review once crashes are fixed.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-06-26, version 2.2.1*

Can't write Activity to Apple Health

### 1/5 — Crashes during import

*2025-05-27, version 2.2.1*

Keeps crashing during the import process

### 1/5 — Does not do what it claims.

*2025-05-08, version 2.2.1*

Wanted to take data from my Apple Watch and sync it to my polar flow but this app does not allow polar flow as a destination.

### 1/5 — Subscription unlock bugged

*2025-04-05*

Even though I subscribed, app does not unlock. Tried reinstall, going to web page, trying to login on another device. So in essence steals your money. After subbing on android almost works, except it crashes when syncing to Apple Health.

### 1/5 — Subscription unlock bugged

*2025-04-02*

Even though I subscribed, app does not unlock. Tried reinstall, going to web page, trying to login on another device. So in essence steals your money

### 1/5 — Absolute waste of time

*2025-04-02, version 2.2.1*

Downloaded the app in order to move Apple Health BP data to Garmin Connect.

While I can understand the issue lies with Garmin’s absurd access policies for anyone but themselves, I should be able to direct MY data to Garmin using appropriate credentials.

You’d think FitnessSyncer would let you know up front that this app CANNOT WRITE TO YOUR GARMIN ACCOUNT. They don’t. It’s buried under a myriad of “support” menus which you’re not going to access until you’ve created an account and tried to do what FitnessSyncer leads you to believe it will do.

But the app itself is poorly designed and even trying to delete an account on the app is impossible, because of some bug that refuses to recognize the “delete account” button push. I had to go to the website to delete my account.

As for charging $80 a year for this broken, cobbled together waste of time, do not risk it.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2025-03-14, version 2.2.1*

Simply doesn’t work. Worst UX ever. Just mining my details. Won’t even let me delete my account properly. Mega frustrating

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2025-03-06, version 2.2.1*

I bought this app to sync my Apple health and garmin app, didn’t work for me and I had to pay. No refund accepted

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Only way to migrate Apple Health

*2025-09-06, version 2.2.1*

Samsung health! Thank you very much!

### 5/5 — Übertragung Samsung Health zu Apple Health

*2023-11-28, version 2.2.0*

### 5/5 — App is improving with each itteration.

*2020-10-08*

Great little utility. I use for syncing my sleep with trainingpeaks. The app was initially quite clunky and prone to crashed. However the developer has been addressing these issues and things are working great now.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. Sync-on-Demand is available by swiping the items on the Sources and Destination screen. Our Beta version has resolved a bunch of crashes; if you are still experiencing some, please report them so that we can resolve them: support@fitnesssyncer.com. Thanks and have a great day.

### 5/5 — Great app to integrate and report

*2020-05-24, version 2.1.5*

This is a great app and service that works well to integrate. Synchronise and report on data from various fitness apps and devices.

This app has made it simple to report on data gathered from my Garmin Fenix, Misfit and Withings devices.

### 5/5 — The most versatile app for syncing

*2019-02-05, version 2.1.3*

The most versatile app for syncing your fitness results.

I highly recommend it since it supports variety of fitness services.

I also appreciate great and responsive customer service.

Thank you.

### 5/5 — Exactly what I needed

*2018-08-21*

Was able to sync thing that didn’t connect for a work contest. Had some issues but all in all great app

### 5/5 — Great for syncing many different services

*2018-05-17*

Particularly cross device sync: Samsung to apple, and Google fit to Apple

**Developer response:** Please contact us at support@fitnesssyncer.com so that we can look at your account and see what may be causing this. Thanks for using FitnessSyncer and have a great day.

### 4/5 — Works

*2023-03-29*

Used to sync Oura step count with apple health. Works. UI not intuitive but once you figure it out, it’s great.

### 3/5 — 80 bucks a year?

*2024-09-26, version 2.2.0*

This used to be a free app. I get y’all gotta make money but this sucks.
