## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.6.1 — 2026-08-17

Minor Bug fixes:
- More menu crash resolved.
- Transition improvements
- apple watch integrations fix

### 3.6 — 2026-08-13

FitnessTracker now works on Apple Watch.
Start a workout from either device and the other follows — same timer, same countdown, finish once and both are done. See your heart rate, calories, and heart-rate zone while you lift, check what's next without reaching for your phone, and run your rest timer from your wrist.
Workout summaries got a lot richer too: a heart-rate graph, time in each zone, and a muscle heat map showing exactly what you trained — on new workouts and everything already in your history, PRs included.
Also new: a quick overview before you start a workout, and a Send Feedback option in More for suggesting exercises or reporting bugs.
Fixed: finishing a workout now returns you to your program rather than the program list, plus layout polish throughout.

### 3.5 — 2026-08-10

Apple Health, Siri, redesigned widgets, and a rest timer.
APPLE HEALTH
FitnessTracker now connects to Apple Health. Import your weight, nutrition and step history, then keep everything in sync — new weigh-ins arrive on their own. What you log here can be written back to Health, and anything you type by hand always wins over imported data. Steps come straight from Health, so you never have to enter them.
SIRI & SHORTCUTS
Just say it:
"Start my workout"
"Log my weight"
"Log food"
"Complete a habit"
"Log a lift"
"How am I doing"
All six work from Siri with no setup.
NEW WIDGETS
Four rebuilt widgets for your Home Screen:
• Today Rings — calories, protein and habits at a glance. Tap a habit right on the widget to check it off.
• Workout Week — your training week, with a one-tap start for today's workout.
• Weight Trend — 30 days of body weight.
• Quick Add — jump straight to logging.
REST TIMER
Three durations you set yourself, a quick button in the workout header, and a countdown banner while it runs. It buzzes hard enough to notice with your phone sitting on the bench. There's also an optional countdown before a workout starts.
GOALS THAT FIT YOUR WEEK
Give each weekday its own calorie, protein and step goals, or keep one set for the whole week. Need to change a single day? Override just that date and leave the rest alone.
Changing a goal now only affects today onward. Past days keep the goals they were actually judged against, so your history and streaks never change behind your back — and the Progress charts draw the goal line from that history, so you can see exactly when it moved.
BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES
Pull-ups, dips and push-ups no longer ask for a weight. They log at your latest body weight automatically, so your volume totals finally count them. Type a number if you're using a belt or an assist.
SHARE YOUR PROGRAMS
Send a program to a friend as a plan, or export it with all your history as a personal backup. Import a program you already have and you choose what happens: keep your plan, replace it, or bring it in as a separate copy.
EQUIPMENT, FRONT AND CENTRE
Every exercise in a workout now shows its equipment, and you can change it in one tap — from the workout list or inside the exercise. Barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine and the rest each keep their own history.
BETTER PROGRESS TRACKING
• Volume Progress: your last 8 sessions of an exercise with estimated 1RM plotted alongside, so you can see progress whether it came from more weight, more reps or more sets.
• Track Any Exercise: pin the lift you're watching and it stays put.
• Muscle Map: choose whether assisting muscles count toward your weekly sets, and see at a glance whether each muscle is in a maintenance, growth or high-volume range.
BACKUPS YOU CAN CONTROL
Restoring a backup is no longer all or nothing. Pick the sections you want — nutrition, lifts, programs, measurements, photos, habits — and choose whether to merge them in or replace what's already there.
ALSO IN THIS RELEASE
• Settings is organised into sections that stay how you leave them.
• Reordering exercises is easier: hold to grab, and the card you're moving stands out.
• Workout summaries show volume and estimated 1RM on one scrubbable chart.
• Plenty of smaller fixes throughout.

### 3.2 — 2026-07-24

Meet the Muscle Map
The new Analytics tab shows exactly what you're training. A full‑body diagram shades each muscle by how many sets it got this week blue is under, green is the growth zone, yellow is over. Tap any muscle to see its sets and set a weekly goal.

Weekly Analytics
Track your weekly training load, set counts, and PRs. Everything now runs in real Monday–Sunday weeks step back through past weeks and months with the arrows, or jump to any week from the calendar.

Smarter workout logging
• Autofill from your last workout pre‑fills each exercise with the sets and weight you did last time (optional, in Settings).
• Add the same exercise more than once for drop sets or a different setup.
• Each equipment type keeps its own history, so "Last" and PRs always match the bar or machine you picked.
• Add a quick note to any exercise with the new note button.
• Smoother scrolling and keyboard behavior while you log.

Also in this update
• Cleaner Progress charts and a refreshed look.
• Improved exercise library.
• Bug fixes and polish throughout.

### 2.1 — 2026-06-10

This update brings a completely redesigned widget experience and a polished activity calendar throughout the app.

Widgets — Six all-new home screen widgets are now available: Today (calories, protein, and habit progress), Streaks (all four streak counters at a glance), Lifts (weekly session count and 13-week consistency graph), Habits (today's checklist and habit history), Weekly Nutrition (7-day calorie and protein bar chart), and Quick Add (one-tap shortcuts to log entries and lifts). All widgets update automatically and match your chosen accent color.

Activity Calendars — Streak tracking, lift consistency, and habit history now use a GitHub-style contribution graph with weeks as columns and a full year of scrollable history. Tap back through the last 52 weeks to see your progress at a glance.

Bug fixes and performance improvements.
