The app does quite a lot! As in, it has both workouts and things like macro and calorie tracking. Nicely done

Being able to track my calorie, protein, and fat intake as well as my workouts down to the reps all in one app is next level! Underrated gem 💎

We feel our new and improved walk/run tracking is superbly accurate compared to other apps on the market like Strava as well and hope you are putting it to good use!
