It helps with a chronic pain for my whole body. Fit&pretty is Erika’s passion.
She makes exercise: fun, exciting, never borimg. Every session is unique. Music is great and ever changing. Fit&Pretty exercise everyday, keeps doctor away. 
Thankful to Erika for the best exercise experience.

I love that you can target specific body parts with this app or enjoy a complete workout.  Plus, it has the added benefit of free zoom classes!
