If I click to take away the music/instructions so I can’t listen to my own thing while working out, the music/instructions will still continue for 30 seconds or so before muting. Sometimes I have to close the app and restart it. Oftentimes the guided video example will freeze and not work at all. Today I open the app, click on “I’m Ready” and the app closes out. I’m on the latest update even, and it still isn’t working. What’s great is the interactive videos, you can skip single exercises and keep your flow, and it also provides beeping sounds at the beginning and end of each exercise so you don’t have to watch the screen the whole time. I got this app to make myself stretch more, as my hamstrings and shoulders are tight. $8/week feels like a lot for an app but is something I would try for a couple weeks to see if it’s worth it. After looking at reviews, I’m hesitant because I don’t want to be stuck in a subscription.
