Highly recommend for any fitness professional looking to grow their business efficiently! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Order history or tracking unavailable *2026-06-01, version 5.7.4* I am disappointed with the other services Fitway is providing such as blood tests, doctor appointment and ordering pharmacy medicines. It’s not at all user friendly or have a direct person of contact to discuss an issue. I placed a prepaid order twice (31 June) to get my meds also paying additional delivery charges twice. A doctor confirmation call was concluded within a few minutes of placing the order. But I still haven’t received my medicines nor can I see the status or track my order on the app. The amount has been deducted, once Rs195.5 and another of Rs 344.5. But without any communication my orders are being cancelled. I cannot see any update regarding my placed order on the app. The customer support is unresponsive so far. ### 1/5 — Fraud Of Auto Debit *2025-09-25* I had a very disappointing experience with Fitpass. After using the service for 6 months and being satisfied initially, I was shocked to see an unauthorized auto-debit of ₹8,999 from my account without any proper intimation or consent. While their sales team kept calling me multiple times before I purchased the plan, for something as important as auto-renewal, there was no call, no clear email, and no explicit approval. A simple message saying “cancel 72 hours prior” is not a valid justification. This feels like misuse of customer payment information and reflects poorly on the company’s customer-first approach. Fitpass should ensure transparent communication and proper consent before debiting such large amounts. I have requested a full refund and cancellation of any recurring charges. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Fitpass to anyone. ### 1/5 — Very poor listings *2025-06-15, version 5.5.1* Most listings are fake or shut down permanently. The slots can be booked but the gyms don’t accept or are closed at those times. It is a scam. Wasted money on the app ### 1/5 — Poor Customer Support & Unresolved Issues *2025-04-24, version 5.4.7* I had high hopes for Fitpass when I purchased the membership, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. After upgrading to the Fitpass 360 plan and paying the full amount, the membership was never activated — despite the payment being successfully deducted. I tried every possible way to get support: the in-app chat is unresponsive, the toll-free number is never answered, and my emails have gone unanswered for days. Even reaching out on social media hasn’t helped. For a fitness platform, this kind of customer service is unacceptable. I paid for a service I’m not even able to use. Unless Fitpass improves its support system and resolves such issues promptly, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. ### 1/5 — Fraud Business *2025-04-13* Gyms won’t accept after you made reservations and show up. They claim they were signed up on fitpass without permission. And now in another gym the QR code scanner throws errors like session not available even though I am there on time. And no way to reach supper ### 1/5 — Fitpass is complete scam *2025-03-24* Fitpass was a good option back in the days but now they are completely scamming people, if you buy 360 PLAN, it says UNLIMITED ACCESS , but actually you can only go for 20 days. I took this 360 Plan, when after 20 days app stopped taking bookings , i tried to reach the customer care, for 2 days i texted on in app customer chat no reply , i tweeted several tweets no reply and then i called multiple times no reply. At the end once my call was picked which was hunged up by the customer executive. My 7.5 k is gone into dust and only used for 20 days . They are telling you can go to any other gym but only for 20 days and again you have to change the gym. Just think is there any athlete who switches gym every 20 days if not travelling. There is no customer care existed and if you connect to them be ready for absolute rude behaviour. ### 1/5 — Worst application with worst customer care *2024-09-25* If I have option, I would like to give reviews in negative but there is no option for less than 1 star. It is one of the worst fitness app I have come across and with worst customer care service where there they don’t know how to resolve issue. I was facing issue with fitpass watch(boat watch) which was part of my subscription and didn’t received after 2 months, where it was promised to give in 20 working days. This application doesn’t have proper chatbot where you can register your complain, bcs you won’t get any response for chatbot, and if you call to their customer care they don’t know any answer, they are just there to say we will escalate and you have to wait. Worst application and service ever, there are other option in the market. Waste of money ### 1/5 — Don’t use this application *2024-09-18* I have taken the premium membership of this application for 1800 rupees for one month. The nearest gym to my place was displaying 20 times entry in one month. But after I visited the gym for 5 days then suddenly the application reduces my entries to 5 days for that particular gym. Now I can’t use that particular gym. This is kind of a scam website. I am not going to use this application anymore. Also during the 1st or 2nd day of use, the application allowed a try in the gym anytime. But after that they also restricted the entry at the usual evening hours. Then the slots available was either evening 4 or then straight away after 9:00pm. This is very irritating application. In the beginning they will allow you to go for the gym on any time slot but slowly they will start providing you very restricted entry for good gym. I tried contacting customer care and there is no response. Somehow I got in contact of one of there employe Ms Khushi and she straight away said that their company can not do anything regarding this. And moreover the reply was so harsh. I highly recommend to not use this application. You all will end up irritating and loosing your money in the end. I am not going to renew my membership from next month for sure. Worst scam. ### 1/5 — Review: Disappointing Experience with Gym Access and Customer Service *2024-08-12* I've been using the gym since Feburary through FITPASS and was initially very satisfied with the service and communication. However, my experience took a turn for the worse recently. I was suddenly informed that the gym (Pro fitness Charni Road) now has a "special status" limiting my visits to only 10 times, which came as a shock since I had not been informed about this change prior. Additionally, despite being assured of a 90-minute workout session, I was repeatedly told by the receptionist to limit my workout to 60 minutes. This inconsistency was frustrating and seemed unprofessional. Even after raising the issue, no action was taken to address it. The lack of clear communication and the disregard for previously promised services have significantly impacted my experience. I hope FITPASS addresses these concerns to prevent further dissatisfaction among its clients. ### 1/5 — WORST APP-Big NO to FITPASS *2023-10-24, version 5.1.5* I can’t write the full story of my bad experiences with FITPASS services. Just want to say do not use this app even by mistake. They will take money for the services or products and won’t give you anything even after following up every day continuously for two months. They don’t have proper support channels. If you create a ticket, they will provide their standard response and close the ticket. They say you can reopen the ticket by responding to the email within 48 hours, I have done multiple times but never worked. If you want to talk and explain the situation, you can’t do. They will not receive calls and will not reply over chat support or emails. Save your time, money and live peacefully by not using FITPASS. Besides one must also eat well to recover the calories lost by doing these exercise as in my case I lost 1 kg in just about 4-5 sessions...! (I'm not telling this to people who want to lose weight as this app is great for losing weight. But the ones who are quite underweight/just have a right weight looking for gaining muscles must know this...!).
