საპორტმა თავისით ჩამოგეჭრებაო თანხაო ბარათი მქონდა მიბმული და ახლა კიდევ რო არ ჩამომეჭრა და მივწერე შენით უნდა გადაგეხადაო და კიდევ 1 თვე არ გააქტიურდებაო და 2 თვეა ველოდები უკვე :)

Оказывается покупая подписку за одну цену ты всегда покупаешь её на разный срок. В феврале например у меня просто украли 3 дня от обычного срока и я не смог полностью отходить свой абонемент, у меня украли одно посещение из него. Я написал в поддержку чтобы решить эту проблему — но поддержку абсолютно плевать, они вообще ничего не захотели делать с этой ситуацией. Думайте сами, хотите ли вы поддерживать сервис которому настолько плевать на клиента даже в такой простой ситуации. Я же — не рекомендую.

First time today I encountered with a very unpleasant situation- it’s early morning, I came to the gym and the app isn’t working, neither their website! I’ve lost my time, money and an opportunity to train. It’s very frustrating

There is no way to contact their support either!
