Last month it was blocking access to logging in and actually using your subscription. Now none of the fitplans load. I’ve been stuck with my current fitplan and not able to choose a new one due to this bug. I can’t access any program other than the currently in use. I can’t select next day workout, I am stuck with the previous day or earlier. My current program keeps freezing and the voice and video are out of sync. I logged out trying to refresh and see if it will solve the issue, no! Now I can’t log back in. Bought the subscription again because I loved it in the past but in the few days I payed for it, it crashed. I chose a new plan by a new trainer that I wanted and the app just crashes. Since yesterday I haven’t been able to get the new plan that I want to train to open. Really disappointed because I paid for the year subscription and this is happening in the first week of paying for it. ### 2/5 — Good workouts- not helpful service *2025-07-22, version 8.0.0* I got the app to track my progress as I am new to working out. The programs are great and I like the workouts, but the app doesn’t save my past workout data, so I can’t see my progress. Newest - I have been unable to access my account / restore my purchase ( even though they are happy to charge me). And sure if you want to wait days and days to get an issue resolved call try to call customer service. Also very often the videos of an exercise is not even the right exercise. Just terribly built. Moving on - Agree with most - cool app but so glitchy it’s unusable. Tons of missing videos and so many don’t load or wait a minute to load. Payment is done but every time I want to access my plans it says I am not subscribed. ### 1/5 — Purchasing loop HELL *2024-12-01, version 7.0.0* I tried to purchase the monthly subscription, I have the subscription activated but Fitplan refuses to acknowledge my purchase, indicating that I am on the free in app. I now have to wait 8 days until some form of payment goes off after the free-trial to access the training plans. I am a developer, please fix your app and log a Jira ticket or whatever your management system is. ### 3/5 — Great workout plans but bad app *2024-11-28, version 7.0.0* I love the workout plans and the demonstrations. However, this app does not recognize that I have already subscribed for the fit plan. It keeps popping up a window to have restore my purchase or subscribe. Due to this, I can’t track any progress. I contacted support team and no response yet. Very frustrated that I paid for this app but unable to use it for 5 days now.
