## What is FitQuest Gym?

FitQuest turns your real workouts into real progress you can see.
Log your training sessions, track your sets and reps, and watch your effort turn into rewards. Every workout you log earns you points
 - points you spend building your own virtual gym and customising your character and your own gym.
 - build streaks for consistency
 - build routines stored in the app to use consistently
 - take progress pictures and store it in the app so overtime you can see progress
 - Log workouts with sets, reps, and weight. Hit a new personal record? FitQuest tracks your PRs automatically so you always know when you level up.
 - Built-in rest timers keep your sessions on track, while a step tracker keeps you moving outside the gym too.
 - Earn points from real training and spend them on gear, equipment, and cosmetics to build out your own virtual gym space — a visual reflection of the work you've put in.
 - Unlock outfits, styles, and cosmetics for your avatar as you train. Your character grows alongside your fitness.
 - Connect with friends, compare progress, and stay motivated together. Choose what you share and keep your workouts private if you'd rather train quietly.
Whether you're chasing your next PR or just trying to stay consistent, FitQuest makes every rep count for something more
