I’ve been really enjoying using Fitra Fitness! I love that everything I need is in one app instead of having to juggle multiple apps and resources.

One of my favorite features is the cycle syncing. It makes it so much easier to plan my workouts around the different phases of my cycle, and I feel like I’m working with my body instead of against it (which is my main philosophy as a trainer). I also really appreciate that the app includes fasting days, so I can adjust my workouts in a way that feels sustainable while fasting.

As a Muslim woman, it’s refreshing to have an app that understands our lifestyle and brings fitness, wellness, and faith-conscious planning together in one place. I’m excited to keep using it and see how it continues to grow!

I really love that this app is for Muslim women. I’m in awe of how well it is done, the responses of the team, and overall use of this app. The workouts are catered to Muslim women from salah reminders to wellness information. I love it!

I was one of the lucky ladies who had the opportunity to test the app before the official launch and I’m so excited! This is filling a gap in the fitness industry that often overlooks Muslim women and their needs. I love how the app is holistic in its approach and adheres to Islamic teachings in terms of dress and (no) music. I can’t wait for the added features of food journaling/meal tracking.
