It just makes everything so easy - I never have to worry about getting in to the classes I want, the site works great and customer service is top-notch. I always get a spot to the studios I love. I tried class pass recently and while they have more options for studios, every single class was always full. It was impossible to get the classes I wanted. Another plus for FitReserve over classpass is that you can go to a studio four times a month verses two. This allows me to do similar classes once a week. Overall, the app and FitReserve have been great. When I do have a problem or need to change my package the customer service always answers promptly. Are zero stars possible? On this front, CP has them beat hands down. Different tabs have different search functionality, maps / lists only appear on certain tabs, the ‘reservable’ search function doesn’t work - pulls up classes that are closed. Nothing is consistent. Booking is more straightforward than Classpass. X classes = X classes. But studio selection is different. ### 1/5 — Horrible user functionality *2018-10-09* App is not terribly easy to use and has a lot of loading errors. Feels old in comparison to ClassPass’s user interface. Also not great value for money- $59 for 3 classes is their base membership, and even if you cancel a class, it counts towards your monthly classes... can’t justify this or recommend using this app to anybody. I have cancelled my subscription after a short two months using this app, and am back on ClassPass after finding no viable alternative. ### 1/5 — Horrible - get ClassPass instead *2017-10-05* This app is horrible. I’d go for ClassPass over this. The options of classes are pretty bad. And the gyms have never heard of FitReserve half the time. Additionally, there have been classes I’ve signed up for that did not exist when I showed up. That’s a pretty big problem and wasted my time and money. And finally, I paid for 3 classes and they only have me 2. Huge waste of my time and money, and I’ll be sticking to s regular gym for now on. ### 1/5 — This app is not reliable in class time and location. *2017-09-21* Please unsubscribe this service asap! This app is not reliable at all, within 2 months of my subscription, the app failed to inform me that the class got cancelled twice, failed to update the location of a class that should have been updated four months ago. You should lose trust on this app because you cannot rely on their accuracy of the classes nor you can rely on their accuracy of the location. Also, fitreserve always blame on the studio for not telling them if the class was cancelled or the location has changed four months ago, which is not an excuse for them offer the most critical part of their services. I have been using classpass for 8 months and those issue never happened to me. ### 1/5 — Go with ClassPass *2017-08-22, version 1.0.3* Beware, this app does not have the caliber or popular studios that ClassPass partners with. Go with ClassPass, I've tried both and fitreserve was a terrible experience. They don't have flywheel, purebarre or Barry's (which ClassPass does for no additional fee)! ### 2/5 — Works horribly in dark mode *2019-12-10* Color contrast in dark mode is awful for font and foreground. Difficult to see class names for studios. Portions of the app are just white cutouts. Worst of all when I was signing in, the form fields font and background were white I couldn’t see anything I was typing. Also app doesn’t save your filter preferences. I’m constantly having to reselect “favorites only”. Please make this app compatible with dark mode!!! ### 2/5 — I use fit reserve- but generally do not recommend *2019-10-08* I’ve been a member of FitReserve for 2+ years. The only reason I continue to use it is because they offer full class schedules. Their classes options are just okay and monthly fees are more expensive than classpass, but I like that I don’t need compete as much to sign up for my weekly classes. Their customer service is lacking & could use an overhaul & I do wish they had more of the high end studios to choose from instead of growing their studio selection in smaller markets. I will likely continue to use because of my work schedule, but I generally don’t recommend fitreserve to my friends. **Developer response:** Hi there - We are glad to have you as a long standing member! Thank you! ### 2/5 — I don’t get it *2019-07-12, version 1.0.10* It has less options than ClassPass and seems to be more expensive... two stars because I like that there are options out there but why wouldn’t you just join CP? ### 3/5 — App is unstable *2017-10-22, version 1.0.6* When you pressed ‘back’ to go back to previous page of Class schedule, it goes back to the top of the class schedule. App also tends to freeze up. Search option is not as good as ClassPass’s app. ### 4/5 — Needs Better User Feedback *2020-03-03* I love the service that Fitreserve provided. The app needs some upgraded. 1. Search bottom on the top left is too far towards the top 2. Saving something to favorites doesn’t actually do anything. Every once in a while it appears at the top of the list. Likely a bug. 3. The order of upcoming classes isn’t user friendly. The order of classes should typically go from closest to latest. Not the other way around. I think some more rounds of user feedback is need to make this app better. It’s the best workout app. ### 5/5 — FitReserve is amazing! *2021-02-07* I always hated working out but I’m obsessed with the variety of classes on FitReserve Anywhere. The live stream classes are so much more motivating...and fun! They have all my favorite studios I used to go to and I’ve saved a ton of money with this app. Highly recommend for an awesome home workout routine! ### 5/5 — Best tool for remote workouts! *2021-02-04* As an avid CrossFitter, I’ve never been much into online workouts. Of course when Covid hit, I had to adapt and luckily I found FitReserve Anywhere. Scheduling my classes in advance kept me accountable and the live interaction kept me motivated and was the closest thing I’ve found to being in an in-person class. The variety is second to none and I love that you can also access on-demand workouts for the times when you want something quick...plus I’ve saved a ton of money. I’ll definitely be continuing this even when I go back to CrossFit and would recommend to anyone looking to stick with a fitness routine. Also, the app is very slick and easy to navigate. ### 5/5 — Best class variety! *2020-10-15* Locked down but able to work out with this awesome app. Amazing selection of studios and classes from yoga to kickboxing. Very cool checking out classes in Brooklyn, Chicago, LA, and so much more. Free on demand workouts from aaptiv and sweat factor are a great bonus.
