Build strength with a workout plan that fits your life. Fitrox combines an AI strength coach, gym workout planner and workout tracker to help you plan your training, log your lifts and see your progress.

Fitrox creates strength training sessions for your gym or home setup, with exercise choices, sets and reps tailored to your profile. Follow full body, upper/lower or push pull legs routines, and adjust your plan as your needs change.

LOG YOUR LIFTS AND PROGRESS
Record weights, reps and sets as you train. Use the rest timer and plate calculator to keep your session moving. Review workout history, personal records, training volume and strength trends in one place.

TRAIN WITH RECOVERY IN MIND
See muscle recovery and balance across your training. Fitrox uses your completed workouts and recent performance to guide upcoming sessions, with progressive overload and deload support.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PLAN
Ask your AI coach about exercise choices, your routine and your progress. Swap exercises when equipment is unavailable and get guidance that connects to your training history.

EXERCISE VIDEOS AND FLEXIBLE EQUIPMENT
Explore an exercise library with demonstration videos. Personalize workouts around barbells, dumbbells, machines and bodyweight movements, whether you train at a full gym or with a smaller home setup.

OPTIONAL HEALTH CONNECTION
Connect Apple Health to bring available sleep, heart rate and other supported health signals into your readiness view. Health access is optional and controlled by you.
