## What is Fitrus 3.0?

Fitrus - The Fitrus devices measure your body fat anytime and help you to avoid from having yo-yo effects.
With the Fitrus app, you can track your body fat loss, skeletal muscle mass, and calculate your daily calorie intake, as well as weight management.

1) Measure body fat and track your body fat. (With Fitrus Body Measurements)
The Fitrus device is a portable BIA body composition analyzer that can measure body composition anytime, anywhere.
It provides body fat percentage, body fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, body mass index (BMI), and body water.

2) Calculate calories and make a diet plan.
Calculate calories by searching over 700,000 food data or by creating your own food lists.
Captures the number of steps from the smartphone and shows the number of calories burned.

3) Set goals and challenges with friends.
Invite a membered friend of Fitrus and set your target steps and calories to compete together.
Share it with your friends in the comments and make fun stories. Notifications are sent once you reach your goal.

4) Measuring heart rate and stress. (With Fitrus Body Measurements)
The Fitrus Plus device can check the heart rate and stress index.
Heart rate and oxygen saturation are important indicators for determining your stress index.

5) Measure skin temperature to check for the flushed face. (With Fitrus Body Measurements)
The Fitrus Plus device can check the skin temperature of flushed skin anytime.

6) Recover dripper water temperature. (With Fitrus Body Measurements)
The Fitrus Plus device can check the temperature of your dripped coffee and tea.
You may check the temperature of your child's powdered milk, bath water temperature, etc.

7) Take care of my family's health.
You can check the health of our family with the guest measurement feature.
