The app needs to be updated, video instructions on use, bigger icons and the timer says it will stay on for 40 minutes but it shuts off and disconnects after 20 minutes. Should have a reconnect on the app instead of me hitting the button again. Just plan lazy design. Couldn’t recommend it more for someone who needs EMS stimulation. With that said, the app has MAJOR room for improvement. It honestly could use an entire UI overhaul! The controls are way too small and difficult to press without accidentally pressing the timer button. The majority of the screen space is wasted by the massage style dial which is much less important to have easy access to compared to the buttons that literally control the power of the electricity that’s flowing into your skin. Though it seems based on other reviews, the app developers have no plans of doing any work on this app in the future, if they DID, a dream feature I would LOVE to see added would be the ability to connect more than one Electrode Wireless Massager at a time and control both devices at once! Looking at the picture where you would need the it has the neck area. Well guess what…. It will not stay on my neck! The pads are too stiff and bow up and come off. This isn’t any good for me and I wish it hadn’t been misleading. It might have been a good idea if it worked. I’ve tried numerous times. Easy to understand. Timer is set automatically for 20 minutes. Wish that app was able to count down to zero onscreen while controlling the EMS device, so I could know when time is almost up. Instead it just stops with no warning when finished. Other than that, well done. Other than that pretty functional. -Craig ### 4/5 — Works well enough if you actually read some instructions *2023-02-26, version 1.7.0* Once you realize that the app itself is basic with a lot of areas that need improvement, the unit works just fine. No it’s not as spectacular as a wired tens unit, but for a wireless alternative maybe when you travel or just driving to work, this is a decent device. Make sure to clean y’all’s skin and exfoliate - otherwise you’re not going to get a good conductivity and it won’t operate properly. Most of the previous reviews probably didn’t do what they were instructed to do and didn’t have the patience to read some instructions. Read the instructions thoroughly before use.
