Sometimes it says you're booked on and then later when You check you're on the waiting list. It is frustrating at the moment though that the 5 day advance booking facility doesn’t click over until 1am instead of 12 for me, when others get to book from 12. I’m not sure if this is a FitSense issue or a gym issue. I have raised it with them. Other than that, it’s great. ### 2/5 — Very bad user experience *2026-04-25, version 3.7.6* This app seems very amateurish. It only works with certain credit cards. Any card that requires an authorisation code the page just locks up. In some circumstances you can’t enter the verification code and if you can enter it then there is no way to submit the code. It has banned me as a member from booking classes because it doesn’t work properly. Staff members have tried removing the ban but the app won’t allow them. The have tried contacting you, the people they pay for the service, and you have not resolved this issues that started in April 2026 and is now June 2026. This is extremely frustrating and I am at my wits end because I am paying a membership that I can’t fully use. All i need is the QR code to get in, NOTHING else, and you purposely broke this. Uninstalled. ### 1/5 — Poor user experience *2026-04-29, version 3.7.6* The app looks basic, is slow to process any search, looking for classes means you need to search the room the class is in which is trial and error, cooking confirmation takes 30 seconds from clicking “book” to confirm inaction. This looks like a 16 year olds first attempt at an app, with no awareness of latency or UX in mind ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-04-15, version 3.7.4* App was working ok for a number of years but just recently it has been playing up; *Stating you are in a class to discover you are not! *Orange box appears with Fitsense on it, then throws you out! * Processing image shows then nothing else to discover you are in a class? *Shows grey box stating it’s not connected and error 333. *States you are not in, then presents box to enrol in class, then box saying you are clashing with another booking which you have not made!! ### 1/5 — Nonsense app *2026-04-15, version 3.7.6* Most stressful app ! Error 33 means no class for you and unfortunately the constant hamster wheel of doom processing means you’re going on the waiting list. Why the gym has to use this I have no idea. So many of us complain about the glitches and every update only seems to bring more.
